I just started to fill up my 160. I've got a 100gpd 5 stage.
I'm guessing 3 day's.
Anybody else care to guess?

I just got a 5 stage. I will hook it up this weekend.
Let me know. I figure 4 days being safe. Don't want an overlow.

24 hour update
Well, I just did the math and it's 175ga, not a 160. (bonus)
(84 wide 24 high 20 deep) /231
I'm at 8'' high and at 7.3 per inch that's almost 60 gallons in 24 hours of RO/DI water.

That's why i also taped in to my hot water and T it in to my feed line and that makes my out put water 73 deg

I totally thought of that too, just a little late. Does it really help output? If so, I'll make the mod once it's done filling. Or if it's a real big difference, I'll do it tomarrow.
THANKS

i'd say 25 - 35 % faster. and when your makeing water for water changes it's closer to the right temp and the salt dissolves faster. i have mine out in the garage so it's cold out there

Thanks again. Looks like ANOTHER trip to Hd tommarow morning. How high can you bring the temp up before it hurts the membrane?

About 70 degrees
I let it fill the sump las night (30 ga) because I'm not going to be home untill late tonight and didn't want a flood. By my math, everything shpuld be done filling around 12:30m tonight.
