its just the reflection from the light. I took it out of the water to get the shot. Its like jelly.
here is another one for you guys I found it in my nano when I got home form work last night it like a little snail or slug not to sure though. It came off one of my snails I outlined it in the first pic

just poked him its hard like the snail, I noticed some of my other snails have the bump also....huh kinda neat well off to the LFS I go gonna check out some corals for my new nano
