Any Vegas Tips?

don't gamble your hard earned money. Well,maybe a few bucks at the nickle slots, they still bring you drinks. There is too much else to see there. Just hopp from place to place.
Each property is a tourist attraction in themselves. And they are free. Find a show you both like and go to that. Lots of comedy there, don't just look at the "big" venues.
The Hoover Damn and Grand Canyon are great places to visit. :joy:

Just visit all the casinos on the strip. Most have some cool things inside besides gambling. Go see the aquariums at Montery Bay Casino. Ceasars Palace is my favorite for just walking around. Lots to see and lots of shops. We did the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon and they were great.

i've been to vegas so many times it's becoming rather boring

I guess if you've never been to Vegas you should see the lights, casinos and that goofy water fountain. I'd rather spend my time at the lake or south of the dam on the Colorado River. My wife goes all the time for business and if I'm bored I'll tag along, but it's not really my cup o tea. If you get off the strip Vegas can get a little "rough" so pay attention to your surroundings and don't get stupid drunk and wander through the alleys.

Best advice here is stay on the strip and walk from casino to casino. Bring alot of money or don't bother going, it's expensive to really enjoy yourself. Buffets are great at the Mirage. Try and talk the BF into a show or concert! worth a trip!

I would really like to go see one of circus de soleil (sp i know) shows but I doubt I can get him to go! I should find a way to trick him and make him go to Celion Dion (another sp i am sure)
I doubt we will gamble much, only a few slots. Only card game I know how to play is blackjack and I can't see me getting up the nerve to go to a table.

One thing that I REALLY like about Vegas are the stars ..... the solar type. The weather is so dry so there are no clouds... Night time, get out to the middle of the desert. Put down the convertable top. Wrap your arm around someone. Look up... It's like you are in the middle of the Milky Way or planetarium ... total heaven.

Anyways.. I suggest at least visiting Caesers palace... only because it's R E A L L Y famous.. dont gamble there though
