Anyone's dog do this?

It was pouring outside and I needed to walk my dog. My dog had other plans. She refused to go out and tried to squirm out of her collar. After a few tries, I was able to get her to reluctantly go out. Doesn't she look wet and happy??

I have to keep my dog on a leash and walk since I live in an apartment. She is worse with the snow I have to walk her in the street when it snows.

My new puppy Tamerah was house broke and went outside on her own UNTIL it rained…she did her business in the house twice. I couldn’t get her to go out.
My grandchildren came to visit and played in the little plastic pool..the puppy chased them all around. They splashed her with water and made an awful noise of happy giggles…now my puppy loves the water and the rain …she will go out and just sit on the porch when it drizzles.
So maybe try and make the water fun…borrow a kid or two if you have to.

I just tell my dog to go get the evil woodchuck and she'll run out into the back yard searching for it for 20 to 30 minutes and come back exhausted
... and soaked to the skin.

2 of the 3 dogs i have dont like the rain, the other could care less. And yea, pugs are ... well they are pugs. I am glad i have a fenced in yard. I dont have to get wet with them when they go out. The best part about our pug is the snow. When it snows, it gets deep here, usually enough to burry the pug. So when its like that, i pick up the pug, walk into the back yard, and toss her into the snow. at that point she doesnt care. But it takes one trip out for the poodle to pack down the snow and then the pug goes out without a problem.

Snow...My Atticus loves the snow, this will be Tami's first snow this year...I hope she likes it...we get plenty of it. I too have a fenced in yard and don't have to walk them.

LOL...I also have a fenced in yard ....otherwise the dogs would wander in the field and could be attacked by coyotes or something
I remember when I lived in NY....A Pug I had would NOT...and I mean she would NOT walk in the snow....I use to shovel a square area in the yard for her to go in

Now the dogs will run around and splash in puddles by the pool when we backwash...or had a leak....and stuff like that.....but they hate the rain landing on them.

Drag doesn't even begin to describe what I go through to get my rat terrier outside in the rain. He makes me carry him under the umbrella out to the tree and hold him while he urinates. He absolutely refuses to get his paws wet. I have seen this dog hold it for over 24hrs because of rain!
Snow, yeah, I have to shovel up the snow and lay out and area of gravel for him to even think about going out in that.
He's spoiled, but if you were a puppy who was rescued from drowning during Hurricane Katrina, you'd be scared of getting your feet wet too! You should see him when it gets really windy and thunders!
