so do you just apply to the side walls and then put the glass into place.
or do you put some on the sides of the glass....?
does this make since.

the way i did them before, was the center baffle was easiest just place stuff on each side then slide baffle into it and then run a bead all around each face of the baffle. The next two are harder to get into, so i placed a thick bead all the way around then pushed the baffle into it and ran a bead all the way around the other side and repeated this for the other as well. This time, I am going to do the baffle closest to the wall of water so that it is the most sturdy and then the other ones.

Yes it is, by the way I went to the store and every bottle of ge silicon II has bioseal in it, everyone one every use and type and everything guaranteed. ge silicon I did not have it in there so I bought that and a bottle of ge silicon II both for door and window...two differences:
II has the bioseal
I has VOC of <37 and someone on here said it had to be between 24-28 which II is...so what now? I bought both because I am not going back.

I found silicone at my lfs, can't remember the brand. Also, i just looked online and found two online stores that sell aquarium sealant.

GE Silicone I does not have the "Bio Seal" which is an additive that prevents mold and mildew. Just plain silicone. Dap sells same product in a squeeze tube that makes it easy to get into tough spaces.
