Hi Alex,
I'm not very well versed on disease treatments. It doesn't sound like you have Ick so I don't know if the parasite your Trigger has is contagious. I also don't know if a 10 gallon is large enough to quaranteen a Trigger and a Clown. Terry & Beth would know a lot better than I would.

Thanks for the try Bang! They just didn't answer my questions. Don't want to put the clown in if there is nothing wrong. -Alex
