I ordered a skimmer this past Friday the 8th. It's now thursday night and the order is still "processing". The site does not have a contact phone number or address. Emails and inquiries have been unanswered. They have not yet charged my credit card. Web research shows I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience. I should have taken initiative to research first.
I'll update with what happens. My plan is to send a final email cancelling the order tomorrow night if there is no change. I should have had the delivery by now, or at least some follow up.
