My uncle used to breed bassets and this one is one of his offspring. He's 9 years old. He used to have a brother when he lived with my grandfather but he died from an unknown illness. My grandpa was one of the old fashioned types...didn't give vaccinations or anything. His mama and papa were red/white bassets. He's AKC....all of my dogs are but the only two that are breeders are the teacups.
