I had this "Unknown" type of palys' that's spreading like crazy when I had it it was like this:

And now after 2 months it's like this(there's about 35-40 heads if counting the tiny ones):

Duncans! I love this coral. I've always wanted to buy some, but never had the chance to get them untill last night new shipment at the LFS and I just wanted them. There's 2 big heads and a small one that's just starting to come out. I've read that they require low-moderate flow and light. Placement should be bottom or middle. Does that sound about right or does anyone else have any other advice?

Awesome corals! You're dead on about the duncans. They like moderate light and low/moderate flow. Bottom should be perfect.

duncans. are they also called wisker coral? a lfs had them for sale but they called them wisker coral and priced at 29 bucks a head. does that sound right or like a good deal? thanks

I've only known them as duncans and no other name, but the price seems about right. I've seen them from $20-$35 per head
