In a 20-29g "aggressive invert-only" setup, which of these inverts would have the most potential to be good roommates? (i.e. fewer potential conflicts)
Banded Coral Shrimp
Arrow Crab
Sally Lightfoot Crab
Also, what other inverts would tend to do well with any of these? (brittle/serpent stars, sea stars, urchins, hermits, other crabs, conchs, cowries, anything else?).

no fish?
oh well..
the coral banded or the arrow crab might kill everything else if they are added in at the way beginning.

No fish in these tanks... they're actually separate "refugiums" connected to my main tank (75g WITH fish!). I just didn't want them in a place where they could cause trouble, but still wanted to get some of them...

I have a coral banded shrimp...bought it from this site with my clean up crew, and he's really pretty mellow. He just hangs out behind the rock, doesn't bug my fish or anything. The only time he's really kinda in-your-face is when I'm spot feeding my brittle stars, then he's the first one to get a piece of meat and away he goes, no prob...I love my coral banded shrimp, his antennae are awesome, and I think he's great fun on spot feeding nights!!

haha!! your the first one to notice!!
over the last 2,000 years ive been working with the land animals... but hey... most of the life on earth is in the sea... so i figured id get some tanks in january and read up. Sorry... i dont have an ID... dont need a lisence when you have all sorts of powers.... where do you live? ill walk over there.... i used to walk everywhere back in the day. over water, through deserts.. you know the deal.
But my coral banded shrimp only shows agression when i feed my fishies. then i spot feed him and hes happy as a small clam.... or shrimp.....

sorry....
one more question on the subject though.... do you plan on actualy seeing these refugiums? Will they be part of the display? Because inverts are not required in a refuge... or do you jsut want to say taht you have them cause it would be cool?
Just wondering

I'll have this tank on a separate display stand, and yes, it's because I'd like to have some of these interesting critters, but not where they can do much damage (so technically, this will not be a refugium... I'll have a separate refugium for macroalgae & pods).
