Here's a pic of 1" Spa Flex Hose. It will last forever. I use it on all of my returns. I use rigid tubing for the overflows though.

Reqular PVC primer and solvent work on this type of hose. It also comes in black. You can also use regular PVC fittings with it.

it is a 29 gallon tank and goin to be a 10 gallon sump but if i can find a 15 gallon tank i will use that (are there 15 gallon tanks?)

I think the seaswirl would be the best, but it does tap the billfold. But.....since everything in this hobby costs bucks, who's counting?
