Hello,
Today I bought a bicolor blenny from my LFS, I spent roughly and hour and a half acclimating him to the tank, both the temp and the water via drip. And as for the tank stats I had the water tested and I believe that all my numbers were near perfect. Earlier in the day he was attacked by one of my four damsels after a territory dispute, at that point in time he found a hole where he has been for several hours now. I returned the 4 damsels to the LFS, went to a movie and when I returned he is covered in white spots.
My question is primarily what should I do with my blenny, he is the only fish in the tank right now, I turned off all lights, and am trying to leave the tank alone so he will ideally calm down.
Once again thank you for any help,
Spencer
