Big, big, bobbit worm?

thats a nice looking worm you got there. crazy cuz i just pulled one that was 22 inches long out of my tank as well two nights ago. i caught him while his head was literally in the belly of a green chromis feeding and i grabbed him with a pair of tongs with minimal rock removal. it was pretty easy actually, i was very surprised. he must have been having a feast on my lil green chromis because i had to try three times before i got him and he never tried to hide he just kept going back to the chromis when i would pull the tongs away. then i put him in a dog food bowl with about 2 mm of water and he somehow lived all night and into the next afternoon when i threw him away...the nastiest part was that he turned the water into a sick jelly/slimy substance. NOT my thing!

^ Wow do you think he killed your chromis or the chromis died and he got it? Are they known for eating fish too? I guess with those jaws they can eat what they want lol.
One article I read said it had swallowed fish hooks and everything will no ill effects to it!

Lol that was actually an accident....we thought he was in a different part of the rock, I wanted to put him in my fuge.
