I barely made the deadline for the sale. I had to sneak out of work for an hour to place my order. I'm getting a bunch of new stuff and I of course redeemed my reef rewards.

I tried to use this sale but just missed it so I wanted to use the 15% sale but was not allowed to use the sale and my 39.99 iin credit at the same time. I think credit should be ablely used with a promotion but apparently not. got me a little frustrated with the site and I only used my credit. still good deals but not understanding why I couldn't use both, something that should be looked at.

Adam this seems to be a bit of an issue with many people....when certain sales are offered, SWF states that they can not be used with ANY other offers or credits.....
why not e-mail them and tell them your concerns regarding credits......MAYBE...that will change one day

Well, right now you can order $99.99, and get free shipping without using a code. You can use your credit but the net amount needs to be above $99.99 to get the free shipping, but both can be used.
So you see, we do listen....
Of course, you can't combine multiple discounts like the 15% new customer discount and then a 25% discount we do for members....and then my store credit and the 15% new customer discount and the Free Shipping store...At some point, we'd be paying you! But remember, you can always choose the offer that is most advantageous to you....

I have ordered from already. i am recieving a muticolor. flame and lemonpeel angel on tuesday. I understand but felt like the credit was mine to use as I please and was frustated that it could not be used with a discount that was being offered. I ended up using my credit and the free shipping but still felt like it was within my right to use my credit and the discount that was offered.
