Dude,
I have a 55 gallon with a yellow tang, perc, engineer goby, and a mandarin. If your tank isnt atleast 4 feet long i would not go with a yellow tang. I will be upgrading to a 72 soon so the tang has more space to move around. They do grow quickly.

That's not exactly fair though... many, including myself, feel a 72 is too small for a Tang as well....

Hi everyone. I figured i should bump this thread just to say wooooww... I am so sorry for how rude i was, i read back and saw another person. I was 9 years old when i first joined the boards, and trying to have a saltwater fish tank with my own money. Now I'm 15 and i am understanding the reef. the way i responded was rediculous, thanks for all the adivice
