So Even Though I Just Did A Big Water Change Of 40 Percent, Do Another One-?

Yeah, it can't hurt anything. You don't have any bacteria in the water to affect. At this point, you want to just try and keep the ammonia down.
I would be quite mad at your LFS if I were you.

Ok I Will Do That, And Tomorrow I Should Just Get A Big Bottle Of Cycle And Add It In, Or Do A Water Change With It-?

R.i.p Tonight- I Lost My Sailfin Tang, A Clown ,powder Blue, niger Trigger And Maybe My Chevron And Imperator. A Sad Day. I Guess This All Started Because Of The Copper-? How Can I Prevent This Problem Again-?

Wow, I am really sorry to hear that you lost everything....
It definitely started because of the copper. To prevent this from happening, don't ever put copper into your main tank. Me personally, I never recommend copper use at all. It is too dangerous to many animals (tangs, angels, butterflies, lions, puffers - deadly to inverts, plants, rock).
Now, you are going to have to really work to get all the copper out of your tank..
I would be giving that LFS a piece of your mind. Did they even tell you the side effects of using copper, or ask you whether you had live rock or a quarantine tank to use the copper in? Did they ask you what fish you were treating (a copper sensitive puffer, with other HIGHLY copper sensitive fish)?

Also The Remaining Fishes In My Tank- Blue Tang, chevron Tang, Imperator Angel And That Black Puffer Are All In The Bottom Of The Tank Breathing Heavily.is There Anything I Can Do To Help Them-? I Really Don't Want To Lose All My Fishes. I Checked The Ammonia Again And Its At 2.0, Is It Definetly Went Down Again, After That Big Water Change, Thanx.

I have a problem getting the FRITA-ZYME, nobody has it in my area. So I was thinking about getting a couple bottles of cycle and throw it in. So do I have to do another water change-? Thanx 4 your help during this difficult time

Get the bottles of cycle, and hope that they can work fast enough for you. I would do one more water change before you add the cycle. Then add the cycle, and see what happens.

Hey Lion. Have you heard about a product called BIOSPHERE, I asked a LFS about FRITZ TURBO START and he said the BIOSPHERE does the same thing, and its the hottest product out right now. Thanx

I have used both, and I have found that the Bio-Spira works well, it just takes a little longer to start working initially.

Hey Lion !! I finally got the TURBO START. I will put it in tonight, so my question is- Do I just pour it in-? Do I have to turn off the skimmer, fluidzed bed filter, take out any of the charcoal bags. I am checking the ammonia every day since the crash, it went from 8.0 to about 4.0 now. I can't wait to put this in and get this tank back in order, I got four survivors, two mollies and two puffers. The puffers had pop eye very bad, its going away every day. Everyday I've been doing a 2 min dip for the puffer in MELAFIX in a container, then put him back in the tank. Hopefully he will eat soon, its been 3 weeks now. Thanx for all your help Lion !

I put the TURBO START in ,but before I did that, I read on the instructions that you must turn off the skimmer and UV, so I did. Is that ok-? I will check the ammonia readings later
