+1...
I use the frozen cubes. But after you thaw them out, make sure you strain them. The juice that they are frozen is has some nasty looking stuff in it that you probably don't want in your tank.

Well, the bloodworm itself is good protein. Now if you use the frozen cubes, most co's add vitemins and who knows what else. The vitemins are okay, it's just that "who knows what else" is another reason I strain them and get rid of the juices.

I think I'll add some to my order that I am preparing...looking to add some variety to their diet, but I don't want junk...

I feed freeze dried bloodworms, soaked in Selcon once in a while. They soak up a lot of the Selcon, which I thing is great stuff, and my smaller fish love them. This is the best way I've found to get Selcon into my Anthias, they scarf it up.

My Green Mandarin Dragonet (Mandy- pictured in my avatar), Scooter Blenny,(Scooter) and Flame Hawkfish(Hawk-eye) Just love them. I feed them with a turkey-baser and they start licking their little fishy
lips when they see the tip of the turkey-baser enter the water.
