yes it is legal... it is safe if its taken correctly and not for a long period of time... 4 to 6 weeks with at the minimum of 2 weeks off of it...
how is it not the best thing for you??? the body produces it and its in red meat... as long as a person doesnt OD themselves or take it for too long its a great suppliment...
because all it does is fill your muscles up with liquid and makes you look puffed up after your done working out. a 16 year old doesn't need to be taking creatine. and if you don't do it correctly your gonna lose all that muscle you gained from taking creatine. at that age you should do it naturally and eat healthy, you will get the same results it will just take more time.

-Hydoxycut
-Whey Protein
-Growth Factor 1
-Creatine
Or anything else that you might take... Just let me know what you think of them and how long you have been useing them...
Thanks
DD
I just saw on the news that Hycroxycut has been recalled - it has caused liver failure in a number of users.

disagree... it moves blood to your muscles yes... it does pump you up... but that is what you want to happen... the more blood that is in your muscle the quicker they repair themselves... a person doesnt start to lose muscle until they are in their 60's... unless there is a medical condition, or they become sedentary... you wont get the same results from diet alone... although it is the most important factor...

As stated, Creatine is perfectly safe. But expect to increase your water intake and expect some water weight. So it may not make sense if you're trying to get cut.
There was a bit of story years ago with "creatine causing death". Well it involved a collegiate wrestler who was using creatine and trying to massively drop weight, something like 12 pounds in a day. Unfortunately he died and people blamed creatine.
The only time I lost 12 pounds in a day was in an English casino. Bad old joke, I know.

Its as Ru stated ...
Yes the muscle does become inflated due to extra water, blood, nutrients entering it . The purpose of Cretine is to help your muscles to receive what they need from your blood supply. With out the flow of water and blood into the muscle they would not heal as fast or properly and you would not achive improved results .
All its doing is helping your body to do what it naturally does in an expedited fashion.
All supplements should be used on a cycle to archive the best results . Just as all training should be done on a cycle too.

creatine is a natural supplement found in all red meats.
i have been in the bodybuilding scene for over 20 yrs and had my ace certified personal training certificate .many years ago.
after talking to hundreds of bodybuilders trying just about every supplement out there.of course myself included.there is no supplement that performs outstanding.outside of groth hormone most are a waste of money.
it all about calories and what they are.
the only thing that has been proven to build muscle is protien -period.
you need complex carbs to deliver the protien and some fat for joints.
multvitimins help keep a balanced diet.but read the label it doesnt replace food.same with protien drinks, obviously muscle has weight right so,how is a little scoop of protien drink going to have 25 grams of protien and weigh nothing?
i just got back from the gym a couple hours ago and a 16 yr old was asking how to put on weight.i basicly told him to empty the fridge everyday.
in my prime i was 223lbs with 8% bodyfat at 5'10"
i have been doing this along time and have talked to alot of seasoned bodybuilders alot bigger than me .
also muscles grow best during sleep so a low fat high protien meal before sleep works wonders.
the owner of the gym i go to has won a few natural contests.
he asks guys starting out do you like to eat?
if they say yes he tells them well then you are not eating eneough.

Two questions...from pure curiosity:
What is a good low fat high protein meal to eat before bed time?
Is there such a thing as a vegetarian body builder?
Kinda random, I know.

well if someone is serious about putting on muscle the diet will drive you nuts.
i always felt the easiest part about bodybuilding was training.
i was so into it most people thought i was on roids.
i would always keep plain cooked chicken breasts in the fridge eat that and a granola bar with skim milk before bed.it gets old fast but chicken digests slow over the night .
dont get me wrong i drank alot of protien shakes they are better than an empty stomach . i still do drinks and always have protien bars in the truck.
i just dont believe you can get 1000 calories from two heaping scoops when a double whopper and fries is 1000 calories.
as for vegetarins ,we have insicors to bite the hell out of meat ,i dont get it with them.i guess alot of tofu it has protien.
helps if your still younger .i am going on 40 and can lift nothing like i used to.
but still weigh around 200 i aint ripped but can still see the abs.
after 35 is all down hill.

90% of this is great advice... eating the right things is key... but this post is full of holes... how can protien weigh so little??? be cause it isnt full of water... anything dried out is going to weigh less... 8% body fat is not healthy either... were you gettin ready for a comp???
