he said he didn't know what it was that his trainer gave it to him yes i believe my own guy and in the interview after the game he was very gracious not the jerk everyone says is he is and from what i understand it was hgh human growth hormone...tobin

Wow. Do you really think he's dumb enough - as a professional athlete, someone who makes a living with their body - to use something without knowing what it is?

Last I checked, GNC doesn't sell anything illegal. What BALCO was churning out definitely was. That's why his trainer's in jail.

Now you're just arguing to argue. The stuff BALCO was making, the stuff Bonds is suspected of using, and the stuff his trainer is in jail for (you know, the place they send criminals for doing illegal things) was illegal.

well thats more like it. have to be specific. that i agree. whether he knew about it or not,(you know steroids), all we can do is speculate. and this will go on for as long as he plays. when he retires, we'll point at the next slugger as using steriods, regardless because thats what baseball is married to now
