rock is in 250lbs live sand went in last night 300lbs, everything was all cleared up in about 1 hour, I will post pic tonight on my site, now i have the gate valves on the pumps got the 1 1/4 waste traps ( not installed yet ) and i am pretty sure i just came up with a way to increase my 1" drains to 1 1/4 drains the entire length bulkhead and all which would great, just waiting on the actually size of the hole in the glass tank from oceanic, wheels are spinning in overdrive now ,

Back to the question, Mysis are also better in my opinion because brine require a salinity that is nearly double normal to survive, while Mysis live in normal salinity. Thus, you can get babies and more food free. (I have no fish or mysis predators in my tank just yet and the sand bed pulsates with them...)

My Brine have no trouble living, breeding and growing at 35ppt.
I do agree that Mysis are much more nutritious. In fact I don't believe adult brine shrimp have any nutrition whatsoever.
