Bristal worms

I need help. How do you get rid of them ? I have a 120 g and 35 g and the 120 is taken over by them. I want to know how to get rid of them .

I have a different kind of shrimp that is suppose to eat the babies but some of these ones are are almost a foot long . I just was them out and when I take them out by hand it seems like the more I take out the more that grows up HUGE. I am ready to give up almost .

You are overfeeding.
Try feeding less and the excess worms will slowly die off.

Bang's right of course but, my sixline wrasse would be in heaven in your 120 bristle worm tank especially since he's currently confined to a 12 gal while I conduct a "dark out" to get rid of algae in my 135.
