Bristle worm?

I have live rock in my tank and have noticed a worm like organisim that comes out from time to time during the day. I looks like a centipede so it is likely a bristle worm.
Are they bad and how do I get rid of them?

They're almost always beneficial.

At what point (size) would you recomend a bristle worm be removed from the tank?
I don't mind little ones but right now I have one camping out near the pepermint shrimps home and fighting him for his food.

They eat detritus, leftover food, and anything that dies in your tank.

i found a web site that sells bristle worms....baby one but we all know how fast they grow
