Bristle Worms

I've noticed that when i feed my fish, a species of worm exposes themselves from my live rock. They are pink and they have what look like little spines (or bristles on them). I was wondering if these worms are called bristle worms. If so, are they a nuisance? I've read that they are and should be removed. If they are infact a nuisance, would a wrasse be a good fish to have to get rid of those worms?

Sure sounds like bristleworms.... good addition to the clean up crew. Unless you want to, I wouldn't get rid of them. :D

Yes, it's illogical to think of them as pests. There are a few species that can cause problems but the vast majority keep your tank cleaned up.
