Bristle worms?!?!?

I found these living in my refugium, and I think they may be bristle worms. If so, what actions should I take? Do they kill fish? I had a 6 line wrass that missing, did they kill him? Any help would be great!

Those are a very common type of Fireworm. They are beneficial. This type cannot eat live flesh so they did not kill any of your fish. They mostly eat leftover food and detritus that accumulates.
Removing them would be a grave error IMO.
