I saw a bristle worm last week I got it out with a pick. I saw another one today,
I have a reef tank with lots of live rock and sand and I dont want my coral to get damage by those things.
Please help i need some assistance with this issue.
I hope everyone had a great new year and would have a safe, health and prosperous 2010.
Thank you

Leave them alone, they're fine. I don't know where the myth started that bristle worms were so evil. I only pluck out the really huge ones.

LOL, the sucker that I last got was about 2".
Are they good? can they eat my corals?
With the exception of the green traps, what can i do to get rid of them (if I have to?)
Thanks for the quick reply

2" in not big, especially for a bristleworm.
They don't eat coral, I've never ever, ever seen this or actually heard someone say they've seen it. I think the bristleworms get blamed for it because people don't want to admit that they screwed something up.
