I know my light is strong enough and water is perfect for him. Aclimated for hour turned off powerheads so he does not blow away. Any thing else I can do to help him out _

NOPE....just when you turn on your powerheads make sure they are covered.....and leave it alone....frustrating when they don't cooperate and go where we want them to go though...LOL...mine have always gone everywhere BUT where I would have liked.....Now I just make sure they have safe passageways

if i recall, you said your light is 130w power compact, correct?
if it is, thats nowhere near enough the requirement for a bubble tip anemone.

What size tank? 4T5's may also not be enough for it long term.
Anemones will move to where they are happy. Leave them alone.

yes 4 t5's is good, but doesnt mean anything. 4 t5's on with what bulbs and on what fixture?
4 t5's can be plenty using the correct fixture and bulbs
