I am using kent marine liquid calcium to raise calcium, my level is 240 right now. Is there an equation or something to bring it up to 400+ with one add or should I do it slowly. And how long after I add it should I wait to test?
If your Calcium is that low then you have a very serious water imbalance.
I'd suggest a couple of very large water changes about 1 week apart.
To answer your question, test the next day after dosing Calcium.
