i wouldn't use an adhesive because you will want to be able to adjust it's height as per your water level. as your water evapotarates you'll need to drop it's height as well to maintain the " waterfall " type effect.
the suction alone from the intake screen is in itself enough to hold it in place - but i used a plastic clip attaching through the cassette body - then allowing it to snap to the grill work of the intake .
works really good - i'm surprised jbj didn't think of it first .....
