Can anyone help me ID this?

I found it inside a hole in one of my new rocks. It’s about 1.5 to 2” in diameter and it’s definitely not part of the rock.
Sorry the picture isn’t that great but if any one can tell what it is that would be great.

looks like a bi-half (clam). We have several that are in our rock.

Is it possible that it is alive?
It has moved to a different spot.

very interesting. not avery clear pick, but it does look like some sort of clam. has it done any harm to anything? try to get a better pic

Possibly a Turkey Wing Clam. I'm sure it's alive.

Is this clam a good thing?
Do I want to keep it alive?
If so what does it eat?

It's not good or bad, it just is. They eat phytoplankton.
