Can anyone tell me what kind of lights these are?

I bought these with my tank from a dude who didn't seem to really know much about the hobby. He told me it was a 220 gallon tank, but only a 125...don't worry, I knew this BEFORE I bought it. And he said the lights were T5's, but I'm having a hard time finding the exact light online. They're coralife 30 inches. There are 2 bulbs that go from one end to the other and curve back down to the other end. One says 65 watt actinic and the other says 10000k 65 watt. There are 2 power switches and 3 power cords with moonlights. I'm really wanting to know if this light set-up on my 125 would support an anemone for my clarkii.

I think they're not actually a T5 like the guy said, I think they may be power compacts...is that gonna screw me on getting an anemone?

It's probably not enough light IMO. I think those 65 watt bulbs themselves are only 21 inches or so long. Do they go the whole length of the fixture or do they go about 3/4 of the way? Those are the strait pin configuration and they are not T5 High Outputs they are regular PC's. Is your tank 60 inches or 72 inches long?

They look more like the 2nd pic...they're black, and yeah...they only go about 3/4 of the way or so. My tank is 60 inches long. That ticks me off. I just took the guys word for it, I didn't know enough to be able to tell the difference.

BUT...you can get your tank going.....get some low light stuff...while you save for metal halides

Yeah, I'm pretty happy with my tank, but my clarkii seems so lost without an anemone. He had a couple bubble tips when he was in my 44 gallon, but now he looks like he's searching constantly for them....and he sometimes chases my false percs when he doesn't have a home to stick to. Just gonna save for the metal halides...will seem like forever...

Deff not enough light for an anemone. Like we discussed on an earlier thread you need MH lights once you get them you will never look back. keep checkin craigslist where i got mine or the auction site. I plan on gettin a Sebae or bubbletip tomm when i get paid LOL. Do everyone think that a piece of liverock with a softball size toadstool and a tennisball size bubbletip for 80 total a good deal?? It would go in my 40 gallon with 175 MH light and a small 2x48 watt T-5 setup kinda rigged on the top of the tank.

What kind of toadstool?

Umm i think its the leather one. Its pink and the polyps extend but not alot. They are both attached to the rock at a decent space apart not to say that if i put them in my tank the anemone wont move. Anyway he said he'd sell me the whole rock for 80.
