Can I add my clowns yet?

Age old question on this site I know, but I want to be sure before I go further and like everyone else I'm excited to start fish...Here it goes:
SG 1.023
sal 32
Amonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 5 (colors were so similar to 5 and 10 but I'm going with 5)
Ph 8.4
Temp 80
I have a nano 20 gal, with 2 blue leg hermits eating away at the 11lb LR and I have LS. I've seen a few tiny bristles and these little teeny white bugs running around.
And the verdict is.....
Thanks, Ant.

Feed the tank the same quantity and typs of food that you will be feeding the Clownfish. If after a week of feeding the Ammonia is zero then the tank will be able to handle the Clownfish.
If you have been feeding the tank since the cycle started then the tank is ready now in my opinion.
If the Clownfish are a bonded pair they should go in together. If not then add one and then add the second next month.

I wasn't feeding the tank. I had a raw shrimp in there until it disintegrated. But I will start feeding the tank now too.
Thanks for the info-Ant.

he is saying get the tank ready by seeing if the bacteria that formed over the cycle has grown to enough size to house a clown. just add some food and see if the bacteria can desolve it all without any ammonia

I think the raw shrimp was "feeding" the tank!

The key word there is "was".
I'm not a big fan of the shrimp method but it's a huge step up from cycling with fish!
