Candycane coral changing color?

Ihave had a candy cane coral in my tank for about 4 months it is close to the top and it is doing fine.
yesterday it was shriveled up all day and this morning when I looked at it, the teal color was sheding from it and it was becoming a deep blood red color.
Is this normal?
power cc 130w
28 gal bow
sg = 1.023
no2 = 0
no3 = 0
nh3/4 = 0
ca = 450
po4 = 0.1
cu = 0
my phosphate is the only thing that is a little high.
and it still looks healthy, along with the other corals in the tank.

I mix squid, miysis shrimp, store fresh shrimp, clam, and some photoplex and grind it together and spot feed about once a week. Ive also seen the little hands grab fish food floating buy in the water.

I'd say that's close to the color of mine now, except mine still has swirles of the origional teal in it.

Yes mine is healthy so maybe yours was to close to the light or something? Not sure. It looked bleached in your picture.
