Canned shrimp?

So, my husband brought home some canned shrimp (because they were out of fresh shrimp) to feed my lobo and my anenomes. If I wash it real good, will this work? Or does it need to be fresh?

It doesn't need to be fresh, but should be uncooked with the shell on (FROZEN WILL WORK)
I don;t think canned comes raw...does it? and you have to read the ingredients...if it has anything in it....do not use it

Cool, thanks. I didn't think we could use it, I think it's pre-cooked. I def don't want to do anything to do any damage, I've worked so hard on my tank. Maybe we'll cook it with some pasta this week!
