I bought myself a small White base anenome about a month and a half ago, to see if my tank was ready to host a larger anenome!
So far he seems to be OK. I looking to get a Carpet Anenome, but I would like some more informaton about then:
R they hard to keep
If they like strong light?
strong water current?
What food they like?
and any other useful information?
:D ;) :p
How big do they get?

"R they hard to keep"
I'd rank them in the middle for anemone.
"If they like strong light?"
They like very strong light.
"strong water current?"
Yes. But not a direct stream. A high flow rate past them.
"What food they like?"
Fish. After they eat the fish in your tank you can substitute Lancefish or Silversides. They need a lot of them too.
"How big do they get?"
The largest I've seen was about 3' across. As I understand it, they have to potential for getting much much larger than this.

Thanks for the info.
I did however find your ur size answer to be strange as the anenome I'm looking to buy is about 5" across when fully open !

They grow...it may be 5" across right now, but give it time. They don't stay that size.

My pair of Oscellaris never go near the Carpet.
Yes, he moves occasionally, but never very far, and usually moves back where he was in a couple of days. I feed him silversides, and krill every other day. Plus I have him in a 30 gallon cube with 175 watt MH, and 2 36 watt PC actinics. I think that helps.
