Cell Phone Ringtone Websites?

I don't mind paying for downloading ringtones, but it seems like the only sites I find lock you into a subscription of some kind if you read the fine print.
Can anyone suggest some reputible sites that offer pay-as-you-go downloads with no subscriptions?
Thanks!

The Only site i could suggest is www.3gupload.com. Its 15 dollars a year and you get unlimited downloads. No hidden fee's and the only thing you have to pay for is games. All ringtones are free with your subscription.

I rip songs from my Cds and load them to my phone via USB. Takes a little time to cut the song with windows sound recorder, but I think it's worth it. I have verizon and an LG VX8100. Some phones are easier than others. I have one of the more difficult ones as verizon locks their stuff down pretty tight. The website to get you started is http://www.freeringers.net
One time fee for the service. One time only. Was $7.99 when I signed up.
After you sign up you can rip music using your PC then edit it with windows sound recorder (they tell you how) and upload it to their site where it is sent to your phone number. You can send to up to 4 phones on one account which is nice if every family member has a phone.
If they say your phone is not supported there are ways around it. That's why I have to load them to my phone with the USB cable and BITPIM software which is freeware available online. Just google it if you end up needing it. Also see cellphonehacks dot com

It's okay! I'm still around, but I had forgotten about it myself.
I'm always open to suggestions, so thanks!

If you have a phone with bluetooth or a port capable of usb interface, then by all means use your computer to make your own free ringtones. I have the Sony Ericsson w600i and it rocks. Haven't paid for a ringtone since I bought it.
You can edit your CD tracks on your computer to get just the right part of the song for your ringtone with this free program:
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
You can even use it to change the format of the ringtone to suit your phone's software.
