that's a good one but the ford and the chevy people would cast us aside, i want a 57 soooo bad and i hate to use the word enviuos so i will use the words you are blessed that way it's not one of the deadly sins...tobin

I'm tired of being a "chevy" guy anyway.
I believe that it's God's car and he allows me to take care of it for Him.

Sweet!!! Thats awsome...as far as the work to bring it back up...
I bought a 71 SS Chevelle that had been sitting for a few...
Long story short..I had to have then engine pulled and torn apart and cleaned out and put back together...Gas and oil and whatever else sitting in the motor for about 4 years...Eww...I sure miss that car though.

this car was started and ran once a month till january of this year so i am not looking at that big of a project except cleaning it according to my sisters best friend (she is the one giving me the car you can't see inside because the windows are so dirty and the car was meticuosly cared for before that the body and paint are in great shape, i'm figuring spark plugs and an oil change and some carb cleaner maybe belts and hoses and possibly tires...tobin

I am trying to find another Classic...72 GTO....Or even a 65 GTO with the Redlines and what not.....

if you got the cash that car is available look through google and find classic car dealers there are severa good ones throughout the country, i would not mind having a "72 judge" if you look you will find...tobin

I have found a Judge...Only the guy wanted $119,000 for it.....They are there...No Doubt, I just want one that needs some love...Or even 50-60 finished...But once they have been restored...Price jumps about $20,000

I check it sometimes....Wife isnt really into dropping that kind of money unless its an insane deal..She freaked when she added up the total of my Chevelle before I sold it..I had around $25,000 in it...Sold it for 30 though

did you do the restore or pay for it? and you made 5 grand off of it, she should be more supportive towards guy stuff, jk...tobin

I did alot of it...Took me about 3.5 years or so...Slow going..After I sold it I bought a 3000GT VR-4....She hated that car....Would not drive it to save her life..

when i was healthy i did everything but the machineing of the block and heads, and i cannot degree a cam to save my life, and i would have the ******** done as far as the upholstery anyway, but everything else was a lot of work and a lot of knuckle busting...tobin
