I am reading my reef complete bottle ( and typing to ) and it says that it includesCalcium, Magnesium and Stronium in amounts proportionate to typical utilizations ratios ( Ca-100,Mg-5,Sr-0.1 )
It is amazing how well I can spell when I am reading from the bottle:thinking:

not to intrude on your post but my mag is between 1400 and 1500 ppm am i a little to high? its been like this for a while now and my calc and alk are stable everything seems alright and on my salifert test kit it says "natural sea water has magnesium concentrattions of approx. 1300-1500 ppm. the concentration varies with salinity" is my mag okay?

i have access to 99.995 percent grade MgCl in powdered form at my lab. think i could use this instead of buying companies mag supplements? i can make it up to any concentration i want in RO/DI water.
