I now have:
Green BTA
4 Glove Polyps
Fox Coral
GSP (bought as frag)
3 Bullseye Mushroom (came with liverock)
Pulsating Xenia (came with liverock)
6 Nassarius snails
3 Zebra Hermits and 1 accidental blue leg hermit
1 small fighting conch
1 Turbo Snail
2 True Clowns
1 Yellow Watchman Goby
1 Peppermint Shrimp for aptasia
Everything is thriving! my Glove polyps are placed behind the fox coral and faces toward the back so I need to place is somewhere else...I do 10% water changes weekly with excellent parameters...
Going to wait about 2 weeks till I get more corals...Pics were taken with my phone since my camera is horrible. what kind of camera do you guys use for tank pictures? First pic is a month ago...

Glad to have you here...:)
Your tank is very nice, BUT...it is only 1 month old???? it is very new for an anemone, and did you add everything all at once? How long have all these things been in there? What type of lighting do you have?

well everything came out of my 58 gallon reef...rock...water so the cycle was tiny...the anemone came from a reef with pc lighting and was in there for close to a year...it split and i got it...it was used to pc and seems to be doing great...i have pcs...i didn't add everything at once...i spaced it out and let the water stabalize between the clowns and goby and then the anemone...just got the fox coral...if all else starts to fail i the 58 with 250 14K MH with vho and lunars...but he really seems happy and came from a similar lighting situation...

I've heard of cats being hit by a car and surviving, but that doesn't mean I'd recommend try to hit your cat and see if it can live through it.

WOW! That's awful! She was just stating a fact. Why did you have to take it there? This is such a peaceful forum, she's just trying to help/warn you of what you might be in for. You have no idea how many new people come onto this forum, buy an anemone, don't have proper lighting for it, put it in a new tank and then cry when it dies.

What the heck are you talking about????
I didn't recommend anything....
I wished a fellow hobbyist luck because only A SMALL percentage (from what I have read) of anemones survive under pcs....where is there a recommendation

I purchases a torch coral frag and moved my glove polyps because they were not visible at their previous spot behind the fox...my fox coral isn't too opened cause my snail just finished walking all over him
I also put in a hydor koralia circulation pump
btw what is a good camera for tank shots that won't kill my pocket?
Tank was set up from transferred water and rock from an established reef so thats the reason I have more than usual in there...I check params regularly with great water results...10% changes weekly still...
Enjoy,
Eddie

yah it looks bigger than it really is...its about the size of a good brocoli head...
lol i thought the same thing when i looked at the pic
right in behind the clown...still doing good...the angle i took the pic shawdowed the area he is in...still in the same exact spot as the previous pics...
i might snap a pic of him when i get home from work today...
I have become pretty good friends with the LFS owner and I just walked in there and he fragged the torch from his display tank because I liked its color better compared to his already for sale torchs
