So who knows what this is? For what they cost, you would think the gold on them is solid. It helps is you are into motorcycles.

how expensive are they? For a truck they're like 3 or 4 hundred dollars. Triple that to get to motorcycle prices?
It is an adjustable shock right.

Horizontal suspension...more for racing bikes than road. Did Stig "personally" set it up for you?

stdreb27 got it right out of the box! It's an Ohlins rear shot for my 1000RR track bike. Professionally sprung and setup for my weight in full gear by Kyle Racing in California. $1400.00 Retail but I did get a bit of a discount.

4.25 times for motorcycle prices...
That is pretty dang cool. I always wanted some for my jeep. But then bought another car as a toy instead.
I've never considered having to adjust them for weight on a motorcycle. The detail in tuning a sports bike must be fun.

Apples to oranges comparsion. I'm sure there are $300 truck coilovers out there, but those are really bottom of the barrel. As where's Tang's Ohlins is quality stuff. One car example off the top of my head, a pair of Moton racing dampers, can push 5 figures.
Tangman, bikes aren't my cup of tea, but I love seeing some nice eye candy. Nice pick up!!

Congrats, going to make a world of difference. Make sure and ride the heck out of your current set up to appreciate and learn from the new ride. Max it's addittional benifits it will give you.

Of course not brother! Once I get my bike dialed in and get up close to expert, then it will be time for these babies!
