Cleaning nearly cost me everything

It cost me a lot though. - I almost lost both horses, still not completely comfortable, but at least they ate tonight.
I lost my scooter blenny, my jaw fish, my shrimp, some snails, - I found a couple dead brissle worms, and small star fish.
I dont know what happened, but my ph was down to 7,8.
I took the horses out yesterday after I found my scooter dead. I also took the jaw fish out last night, - it was very listless (it was dead this morning)
I made up some quick water, and did a 15 gal change. I did another 15 gal change this morning. - I will prob do another 15 gal tomorrow.
I changed all the filters on the powerheads, and added carbon and bio-chem zorb to the canister filter.

I was fighting flat worms, so I think combo of dead flat worms, stiring the sand where I pulled out macro algea. Ugg. I had the horses out of the tank for the cleaning, Added the carbon and bio chem, and didnt put the horses back until the next day, but I guess there were still flat worm toxins in there.

Not very happy right now.
I need to put my baby clown down, Its tale has amost rotted off, its so sad. I have had it since it was a 1/2 inch long. Its about an inch now.
At least I still have my babies. Please pray I can get them to eat frozen. They dont seem to want to eat it.
