Clown Fish Addition?

I have a 'mated pair' of percola clown fish (standard variety - one is pretty large and one small). They are not aggressive at all, and I was looking to add one additional clown of another variety - probably a Clarkii Clown or something similar to that. I have a carpet anemone and was hoping that I could get a clown fish that would like it. My clown fish do not like it at all - its been in the tank a few months and they could care less.
I have had issues previously with more than one species of clown fish in my tank. I used to have a B&W clown that was huge and VERY aggressive - (ended up having to give him back to the fish store after he shredded one of my tang's fins) - I had tried to add a Picasso Clown in with him and he basically beat the crap out of it till it was on the verge of death (removed him from tank and took back to fish store in time, luckily). The two clowns that I have now- they have never had other clowns around them in my tank - but have never had any problems with other fish.
Should I try to add another clown - and if so, what would be my best bet for a)non aggressive with other 2 clowns and b) would like my carpet anemone.
I have a 28 gallon reef tank and its been set up for over 2years. Only 2 other fish in the tank - a tang and a fuzzy dwarf lion fish (there were a bunch of other shrimp but he has eaten all of them except one cleaner shrimp that is currently alive.)
Thanks :)

OK....1st....get the carpet out.....it will get too big for the tank and eventually eat the fish
2nd. DO NOT add a 3rd clown....ever.....2 clowns is plenty in a 28G anyway
3rd: A TANG?????? in a 28G????? what type? If you said tang.....it needs to go ASAP
4th: A fuzzy dwarf needs a minimum 50G tank.....so that needs to go too
AFTER you get rid of 3 and 4.......maybe you can add a small fish like a goby

No one is trying to be mean, but they're speaking the truth. Clowns should never be put in anything but singles or pairs and the general rule is one pair per tank unless your tank is very large. You have multiple species that are not suited for your size tank at all and are going to cause problems down the road.

Well folks...LOL...I do believe Ladyvenom left. Maybe she will return after all her fish are dead. You guys should have been more sickly sweet hospitible when you explained that carpet anemones won't host clowns but eat them instead, and there are cheaper shrimp to feed the dwarf lionfish, and then explained in detail that tangs like to swim.
On the off chance this person should check back....there is a good book which should be her next purchase.

WELL......I think I made my point clear...and I do not feel I was rude at all.....and I'm not going to spend my day posting pictures of books. Sorry Flower.....
A question was asked....and answered.....it's just another person who did not hear what THEY wanted to hear

The truth hurts and sometimes you have to be hurt to learn the truth.
Unfortunatly that's very true, but all the pain is being suffered by her fish and shrimp. However I do think we lost this one....not because of the answers we gave, but because this is a person who can't handle criticism at all. I was being sarcastic...but the book will help her future fish purchases if the person won't listen to us. We can always hope.
Meowzer...I agree with you and like I said above..I was being sarcastic when I said we should nave been more sticky sweet in our answer.
