Your tank is too new and does not have sufficient lighting (except for a non-photosynthetic one). I would return the anemone. It is doomed in your tank. A 15 gallon tank is not big enough either to support a LTA.
good news my anemone is finally eating! i bought krill and it took it in real fast lol and it recently got hosted by my clown!!!! )))))) very happy thanks for all the help but i do have one more question how often should i feed him one full size piece of krill im hearing once a week some say once a month but that cant be rite
To be honest, I don't know what to say. If you feed it then it will grow and that's bad because your tank is so small. On the other hand you don't have enough light for it to feed itself so it needs supplemental food.
I see no way to win in this situation.

+1.
well the place i bought it from wont take fish back that already have left the store which i think is stupid but if the thing gets so big why eaven have one what dose it matter from a 15 gallon tank to 55 wont it out grow that eventually too?

It has a better chance of survival for a longer period of time in a 55 as opposed to a 15. Also, care can be put in to the aquascaping in the 55 to give the LTA the best shot at survival.
well the thing that sucks is i cant get rid of it bc this pet store wont take him back then they give me the bs that how do we know it ours and all that stuff
