Clown Fish Sleeping / Eating Habits

Hello everyone. Well I have had my tank for about 6 or 7 weeks and finally added two clown fish. Since I am new to this I had a couple of questions. All my water test are perfect. I test it every day since its a nano. I have two very small clown fish. They seem to really enjoy themselvers and are always swiming. My 1st question is I read a lot of post that peoples clown fish sit on the bottom or float at the top of the tank at night when they sleep. Do clown fish ever sleep moving? Reason I ask is the tank is in my bedroom so when I roll over I never actually see them stop swiming. The will stick together and swim about an inch from the bottom the entire night until the lights or TV goes on in the room then they start to swim the entire tank. I am worried they are not getting any sleep. My other question is feeding. I feed them twice a day Mysis shirmp. One of them is maybe a 1/4 inch bigger than the other and tends to eat when I give him food but only small pieces (which I understand) the other is a bit smaller and seems to be scared of the food because of the size. Is there a way to or is there a food I can feed them that is really small?
Thank you in advance for your help

my clowns swim all night too. It's normal i believe. As far as the food, you could try a crumbling up a flake for them.

Don't worry about them not getting sleep. I've seen thousands of Clownfish and only a few stop moving when they sleep.
For the food you could "shave" slices of food off the block while it's still frozen. Mysis is an excellent food for Clownfish but everyone appreciates a variety. Cyclop-Eeze is also a good food for smaller mouths.

My Clarkii is on its side stuck to the skimmer every day. Thing sleeps like a log and just floats around until the skimmer sucks him to it. I think the thing is dead every morning. This can't be normal but it is for him. :notsure:

Thank you all for the answers. I appriciate it I will not worry about them at night. I did get a diffrent variety of food. Picked up some Ora-Gold, pellets and some flakes. They seem to go crazy for the pellets which is good. I will try and mix it up for them and rotate the food.

Do you all feed them twice a day? The lady at the LFS said she often skips days and feeds overy other day. I've heard several varying ideas on this.

The guy at my LFS store said he feeds them 3 times a day. I only do it when I get up and when I get home from work but they are normally up and about and looking like they want food. I dont know which is best but they dont seem to complain
