Clownfish ill?

This clown has been in the tank for about 2 years. We just moved the tank to my office, and he has developed these dark markings on his body. He is eating well, and is active. He is the only vertebrate in the tank, and has been for several months. Any ideas?

How long have you had the frogspawn? It looks like hypermelanization.....which is stings from corals
 
He should eventually get use to them

Could be. He hosts in another frogspawn, but didn't for the week in transition from home to the office, and for the first few days after we set up the tank. He has been flashing through the frogspawn, so maybe he is getting stung in the hosting process. Thanks for the good idea!
