Turning the back of the Biocube29 chambers into a descent fuge. I want more filtration and better. So instead of going with a HOB fuge from the bay.computer or CPR. I decided to put this together tell me what you guys think.
From left the heater will be in first chamber, i will cut more out of first baffle for more flow, middle chamber i will build a little rectangular box to hold my mini fuge in side will be a cup holding either miracle mud or just live sand and ontop i will put a mangrove stick going all the way through to the top of the tank to pick up light from the MH. I will put a lid over the container holding sand or miracle mud to prevent it from getting to pump. I will install false floor with egg crate ( tank didnt come with ). Then in third chamber it will be the pump and sponge still intact. I want to place filter floss on both sides of the little fuge housing box for more filtration as well. Think it will do me any good? Or just a bit of waste of time.
Carlos i know you got experience with mangrove stick. Get good growth with it ? Whats mangrove suppose to control?
OPINIONS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

and the mangrove:
The Red Mangrove can be planted in the sand, or in between rocks in an open topped aquarium, illuminated sump or refugium. The roots will quickly take hold in either a sand substrate or in live rock. Provide illumination for these plants through the light from the side of a metal halide, or directly under fluorescents with a light spectrum in the range of 6000°-8000°K.
Mangroves absorb nutrients from the water in order to grow, and help lower nitrates and phosphates in the aquarium. They export the unneeded nutrients and excess salt through their leaves. It is important for nutrient control in the aquarium, that when leaves are dropped from the plant that they are not allowed to decay in the aquarium.
This species of mangrove will grow in fresh, brackish and saltwater. They are even suitable for ponds in the Southern States where they will not be exposed to near freezing temperatures. Be sure when planting that the leaves are out of the water. They can also be simply planted in a pot and used as a house plant. Just be sure to keep its soil moist and to provide it with plenty of fertilizer.
The general care for these plants includes; wiping excess salt from the leaves with fresh water a few times per week, and trimming the growth tip of the plant to control growth. These plants will benefit from the regular addition of an iron supplement, and trace elements.

Can someone tell me why my clown looks like this? I have a BTA and a frogspawn that could be stinging him. But if im mistaken i thought clowns were like prone to getting stung by BTA. He slept in the BTA one night and since then its gotten worse. Lol soon i will have a black and white o clown..
