New pictures for you!

FTS

here is the Devils hand I am slowly bringing back to health

and here is the last one... yes I know it terribly out of focus but I wanted to try and catch him in the act... kinda looks like he is trying to host it?? evey once in a while I catch him rubbing his belly on my devils hand, and even more since I put the Devil up top.

thoughts?
comments on the tank are always welcome! good and bad!

at second glance it also looks like the putty between the rocks with an air bubble.
but to be honest it looks like a dead goby. if its putty with a perfectly located air bubble(eye) and a slite wrinkle at the end (mouth), its some krazy putty you got there. hahaha...

omg I didnt even notice that before! hahaha I just added the putty because I was always worried of some of the rock, like my big main rock falling over and hurting/killing a fish or invert or coral. I feel much better about it now tho! that and a couple corals needed to be set in place, like my fire and ice that kept falling off lol

haha that would be pretty cool actually, I might put it in a much smaller tank my friend has 2.5G I think that is FILLED with coraline algae, in hopes it will get covered in it and then be a really bright purple

lots of hair algae.... seems to be slowly going away on its own tho!!!! I stopped feeding flake... and just do frozen mysis every other day. that and water changes seem to be helping. I will get pictures in a couple days when I am dont playing with my new HDTV :D

Oh, I noticed you said your devil's hand lost colour but it's coming back...can youtake a look at my devil's hand thread? I need some help..lol

ya i saw your thread, I looked at it but your devils hand didnt really look like mine. I will go take another look. the thing about them that I have learned... they are pretty stable in most established tanks. I mean mine was added about 3 months into the tank being set up. I made a HUGE mistake and tried to glue it to a rock before I found info saying devils hands didn't react well to superglue. I have it now wedged in between a bunch of rocks and its doing great. at night it does shrivel up and not look great, but all my over corals do that too. give it time

Do you think it would be ok down on the sand? Or should I leave it up closer to the lights and pump?
It did look like yours when we saw it in the store...and we didn't glue it...I'm sort of againsst strong chemicals in the water...lol

I wouldn't worry too much about gluing it. some recover fine, some dont. mine is relatively low in my tank now and is doing AMAZING under just 48W of PC lighting.

crazy glue gel works perfect!
correct... but for the devils hands its not too good for them. I did it with mine and it actually lost 90% of its color a few days later, everyone will be different tho. I just dont recommend it
