Good starts. Coming along nicely.
Is that going to be your final aquascape?

u should make a spire their in the middle with some flats on top or one nice larger flat piece!
Kool tank, i need to go back some pages lol. reading wooohooo

Thanks!!
The rest of the live rock I have is pretty small pieces so they are staying in the refugium. I ordered 50 lbs of dry rock to try and make an Island or something in the middle. I'm sure once I get that everything will change a little. lol
Now I'm working on the quarantine system while I'm waiting for the rock.

did u try it with some spacing in between those piles? i still like the idea of three lil islands...
Lay those two larger ones on bottom down, than stack the one kinda to my right on top... finally add that top shelf looking piece on the bottom pic to make a large opening or arch.... make sense? LOL my .02
U'll prob change it a million times anyways, i know i did

I look at it and think of 15 different ways I could do it, then I end up saying "screw it, looks good". LOL

Did water parameters today. I know I probably don't need to test all this for FOWLR tank, but I got the tests so what the heck.
Ammonia - 0
Nitrites - 0
Nitrates - 0
Phosphate - 0
PH - 8.0
Calcium - 520
KH - 8 or 143.2 ppm
SG - 1.021
Temp - 72 degrees
PH seems a little low and calcium seems a little high, I haven't dosed anything so I'm not sure why it would be that high.

8.0 is fine...its hard to keep it up at the 8.2-8.3 level.... as long as its constant.
Also most artificial sea salts produce 400+ levels of cal. Ur mag must be a bit low seeing as ur dkh and cal are so good... no biggy imo.

Wow, I'm amazed at how fast Chaeto grows. I harvest out about 3 big handfuls a week from the refugium. Other than that I don't do anything else to it.
