Tiberiuos. In PB click on and copy the image tag. This should include the and [/IMGE] part of the code. Paste that into the thread, it will show the link in the reply box, but once you post it, it will display the pic.
I left the letter A out in the word image so it would display the text.
I right clicked and left clicked on "copy image location" on the pic in PB.

I removed the link when I edited this. :)
It did seem to work the other way when I clicked on that yellow envelope and the window opened and I put the link in there. But, when I do multiple pics I just have to keep going back to PB to pick up that link. At least I can post the pics I needed to get up to sell stuff.
I just hope they fix being able to post pics using that "manage attachments".

Alright, time for a question. How do you use the multi-quote feature?

use the little quotation mark button on the bottom right of the persons post. just click on that for each persons post you want to quote and it should turn orange, then hit reply to thread and the messages you selected will appear in your reply.

hit the little quote with a plus button then again in the next person you want to quote and so on and so on . Then when your ready to reply just hit the reply button and there will be everybody quote you wanted to use .

you can even use it on other threads! like if i clicked a couple quotes here i can take them over and post them on another thread. love it!

As for the signiture thing I think its kinda pointless to give the mods a signiture but not the rest of the comunity . It kinda just allows them to have another level of elitism . I mean there is nothing absolutly life saving in the signitures so no reason for them to have them . I understand it gives a place to leave a personal stamp but then why isnt everybody given that opertunity ? I think the policing of links is going to extremes if your going so far as to not allow signitures why allow us to have avatars or the little title thats changable ? This is just my opinion

The signatures were available in the past, but were flat out abused.
My sig was created YEARS ago...and I was surprised to see it back. I don't particularly see the point of allowing mods to have it and others not. Frankly I didn't even realize that until reading this thread. However the upgrade is brand new so, IMO, let's not go too far down such roads, complaining about elitism, until things are sorted out. A lot of complaints are premature I think, let's give some time to sort things out.

lol, another level of elitism. Dang not allowing link to competitors. If it really bothers you that much, there are plenty of other fish in the sea.
I think it is kind of lame having to work around talking about winning stuff on ----, or whereever, but I understand, they are giving you a FREE forum, the least you could do is not say oh go buy this some place else. You don't walk into a store and say oh by this at the store across the street. Really shouldn't do it here either.

We are just hobbyists and SWF members just like everyone else here with the exception that we help out running the forum. Hardly layers of elitism to that. We have a few perks, and more than a few responsibilities.
There are still many things being worked on, including attachments, so patience, please. Continuing with the spam filters is top priority right now.

Just noticed that auto spell check on Firefox no longer works in the quick reply box. Works in advanced though. Any ideas if fixable?

I have the new all white look to the boards without the links back to fish, inverts, and corals for one day. Now its back to normal for me.

Elitism may have been the wrong word but non the less it is just the mods with signitures and that is a seperation between the posters and the mods . I just saying that since the mods are her to help out then maybe a different color font for there name would be good . But signitures just for mods will cause an issue . I personaly could care less if i have one or not . Doesnt break my heart , I have myspace to rant ,rave and leave stupid one liners on . Honestly no need to do it here .
