try doing a search on these. You should find some really good info. In short, yes copods are good and a good sign for your tank.

Yes I agree, that is a great artical, but the pic is of a juvinal Isopod. Copapods to the

eye look like little clear or white sperm or fleas. And for 99.999% of aquarist a good thing. But if you have any of the pictured Isopods, don't worry there a good herbavore.
after a tank has been set up with LS and LR, cycled and running good, i.e. good water, lighting, ect. generally how long does it take for pods of all sorts, to start growing/colonizing?? how do they get there? stray on LR and LS ?
