i recently started a 10g nano. all i have in it right now is some live rock, zoos, a colt coral, and a turbo snail. before putting the rocks and coral into it, it was a quarantine for my foxface who had ich.
this morning i went to use the mag float on it and noticed a bunch of copepod looking things in there. theyre white and kind of scurry about on the glass, but nowhere else. theyre about 1/32" to 1/64" long and only in that one tank. can anyone tell me what these things are, are they bad?

They are probably either Copepods or Munnidae Isopods, perhaps both. Copepods move in a jerky, stop-go-stop-go manner. Isopods do the scurrying that you describe. Either will make a great supplemental food for whatever is in your tank.
